We propose all the solutions that we consider possible with advantages and disadvantages. We make detailed assessments to justify the offers. We explain the degree of progress of the work, we inform when risks, or if problems are detected. We will propose regular follow-up meetings

We will work with the client’s team and the team of other consultants as if they were part of our team.

As an external team, we believe that it is essential to document the work done in detail.
